From 1972 to 1975 was the Chief Pilot and General Manager for Saudia Airlines Boeing 737 fleet.

Received the Boeing Company Key Award for the Boeing-737 Electric System Development 1974.

Was the youngest airline captain to ever fly the Boeing-707/720/727/737 and as an airline captain, flew King Faisal, King Khaled, King Fahad and King Abdullah around the world.

From 1975 to 2010 developed residential and commercial real estate in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Algeria, Yemen, Nigeria, Gabon, Sudan, Somalia, United Arab Emirates, the United States, Philippines and Romania.

In 1975 was the pioneer in introducing light weight interior partitions for the construction industry in Saudi Arabia.

Was one of the first pioneers for developing sustainable energy. Electricity was not available in the desert of Saudi Arabia. In 1976 developed and built an entire housing community in Saudi Arabia that was self-sustainable using solar energy panels to provide electricity for home owners.

Was awarded the Key to the City of Miami from Mayor Steve Clark 1980.

Was a member of the Board of Directors of the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce from 1980 to 1984.

Under the auspices of His Majesty, the late King Hassan of Morocco in Rabat, received the Arab World Contractors Innovation Recognition for Solar Energy Homes 1983.

In 1986 founded Busines$ Kids, a company dedicated to teaching young people how to become entrepreneurs to start and manage their own businesses.

Received the Future Business Leaders of America Award for promoting Innovation and Risk Taking for US Students 1989.

Was awarded the Supreme Soviet Medal from President Mikhail Gorbachev for introducing Entrepreneurship to the Soviet Union 1990.

Received the One Thousand Points of Light Award from President George H. Bush for Entrepreneurial Education 1991.

Mandated by The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the late King Fahad, to create miniature replicas of the Holy Mosques of Makkah and Madinah 1992.

Authored 8 books on Entrepreneurship 1989-1999.
